We are saying “goodbye” to our old paper forms and introducing electronic forms that can be easily completed ahead of appointments. Just verify your info in a few clicks, and make updates only when needed!

Convenient Payment Options
At Jenkins Dentistry for Kids, we offer various payment methods to provide options that work best for our patients. We accept debit or credit cards, cash, personal checks, and Care Credit cards. We even introduced online and text payment options for more ease than ever.
Virtual Waiting Room
We have recently implemented a virtual waiting room where patients can text our 2-way text line upon their arrival. We will send further check-in instructions based on appointment type and allow patients to wait comfortably in the safety of their own vehicle. Our friendly dental assistants will be waiting to greet you with a smile when asked to join us inside!
Safety Through Covid-19
Through COVID-19, we are making continued efforts to ensure the safety and health of all of our patients and staff. All patients are asked to complete pre-screenings prior to each visit and temperature checks upon entering our facility. We kindly ask our patients to notify us if anyone in their household has experienced any of the following symptoms:
- Fever
- Cough
- Shortness of breath
- Loss of taste and smell
Additionally, we are closely monitoring state and CDC travel recommendations through the ongoing pandemic and ask patients specific questions related to any possible recent exposures and/or quarantine measures taken related to COVID-19. It is our top priority to not only provide outstanding dental care, but also a safe and comfortable environment for all!
